Customized Care Plans
Our multidisciplinary team develops an individualized and comprehensive plan of care for every resident. Our skilled staff provides daily assistance with all personal care needs and activities of daily living. A core philosophy is that residents are a part of their own treatment planning. “Just wanted to say thank you to the great staff at the JGS facilities. Thank you all for taking such good care of our dear friend. During her stay with you, was treated with kindness, respect and compassion. That sometimes is so hard to find as we get older. Your hard work did not go unnoticed, especially during this unforgiving virus. May all the staff that helped my friend be blessed with good wishes and blessing. With much respect to you all for all your hard work.”

“To the C-2 Staff who cared for my Mom (Patricia Nickerson). Thank you, again for all you did for my Mom. You cared for her so well and made it easier for our whole Nickerson family. I thank you for all you continue to do for the elderly! God Bless you and your families! Much love.”

“Dear Staff & Volunteers, please accept both my husband’s and my deepest gratitude for the care and many acts of kindness that were shown to my brother, Louis Castonguay, while he was a resident at your facility. At times, going to a nursing home can be a sad occasion, but the care that we observed during our visits not only lifted our spirits, but, also we know he was in the right place. Thank you. Your care and kindness will always be remembered. Sincerely,”
