At JGS Lifecare we offer a community of care. Founded over 110 years ago, JGS Lifecare has fulfilled the mission to care for the sick and infirm in the greater Longmeadow community.

Based in the roots of Jewish tradition, we are a welcoming community for all who need our services.

Our services include Adult Day Health, traditional assisted living and specialized assisted living for those with memory loss who need assisted living services, short-term rehab on site with New England Rehab Services as well as our own rehab teams, long-term care, VNA, and hospice services.
