    Senior Independent Living

    Genesis House is available for those with low to moderate income who are over the age of 62, designed to meet the needs of independent seniors who seek the comfort, security and conveniences provided by an independent apartment community. Subsidized by HUD, Genesis House offers efficiency and one-bedroom apartments.

Project Transformation

Project Transformation major initiatives include the 24-bed Sosin Center for Rehabilitation, the first certified Green House® residence in western MA, Michael's Café, an enhanced Ruth's House Assisted Living Residence, modernization of two wings of the Leavitt Family Jewish Home in the Green House model, and expanding and relocating Wernick Adult Day Health Care to include a specialized Alzheimer's program.
