Leavitt Family Jewish Home Family Feedback
One of top priorities throughout the pandemic has been to keep our residents engaged – and happy. Although the state guidelines required us to keep our residents apart, our team worked hard to create activities that unified us and provided a sense of cohesiveness. Families have been able to see their loved one through FaceTime and Zoom as well as limited outdoor visits. It’s been a period of adjustment, but our residents and families are the very best!
Take a look at what our families are saying about life at the Leavitt Family Jewish Home:
“The atmosphere of the room especially the piano because it was my loved one’s birthday and I could play and sing happy birthday. The room was sunny and added cheerfulness.”
“I was finally able to see my mom, both the environment and process were safe.”
“Typically, the same nurse is online to assist with or host the call and she’s so helpful, so friendly and so positive. I really appreciate her patience and kindness.”
“The resident is absolutely thrilled with this technology. She just loves seeing all of us!”
“Interaction with staff, especially Delilah, was great.”
“Since it’s not possible for us to be near our loved one, it is very helpful to see how she’s doing on a video chat.”
