Send a Tribute to Honor a Loved One or Celebrate an Occasion
Sending a Tribute Card is a special way to honor someone who is celebrating or commemorating an important occasion or to send get well wishes or condolences while supporting frail elders in the community through a donation to JGS Lifecare.
Tribute Cards may be given to commemorate any occasion including:
- Honoring someone who has passed
- Get well wishes
- Engagements, weddings, or anniversaries
- Birthdays and holidays
- Bar or Bat Mitzvahs
Your honoree or their family will receive a beautiful card in the mail with your own personalized message. As a donor, you will receive an acknowledgement of your contribution.
In addition to our minimum $10.00 online donation, larger gifts of $18, $25, $50 and $100 will be recognized with a distinctive metallic seal affixed to the Tribute Card letting the recipient know that a very special donation has been made on their behalf.

For your convenient use at any time, you can also purchase a package of six individual cards for $36, with the proceeds going to support the JGS Lifecare mission. Use them to commemorate an occasion or just let someone know you care. For your tribute to be listed in Lifelines, the JGS Lifecare newsletter, return the enclosed notification card to the Development Office.
