The monthly virtual Lunch and Learn series at Ruth’s House Assisted Living Residence has announced that on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 Leah Doroch is presenting – “Press the Reset Button!” Leah is a Deepak Chopra trained Ayurveda practitioner. She wants to share how we can emotionally detox through Ayurvedic medicine. She acknowledges how many common stressors are present in the world today that may be, consciously or subconsciously, affecting our emotional well-being. An open discussion will follow for those who have questions.
