Food Drive – Benefits The Parish Cupboard in West Springfield
LONGMEADOW, Mass. – JGS Lifecare, a healthcare system located in Longmeadow, serving seniors and their families, has a long history of community involvement. This past week they held a Food Drive benefiting the Parish Cupboard in West Springfield, a food distribution center serving families in West Springfield, Agawam and Feeding Hills. Community members and JGS employees alike enjoyed bringing in canned/dry goods for families that may be in need this holiday season.
Attached photos show Ellen Humphreys from Longmeadow, owner of Going to the Chapel Dress Shop, handing Mary-Anne Schelb, Director of Business Development at JGS Lifecare, a loaded bag of groceries including a roasting pan for the turkey!
