Join us for JGS Lifecare’s Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 10, 2023

Our Annual Meeting is an important tradition at JGS Lifecare. The entire community is invited to gather for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and learn about our recent achievements and vision for our future.

We are thrilled to be presenting the JGS Lifecare Chair’s Service Award to Rudy D’Agostino, longtime JGS volunteer and current Treasurer.

We are also excited to share our plans to expand the Green House® model of Care, so successfully implemented at Sosin Center for Rehabilitation, to our long-term care residents at the Leavitt Family Jewish Home.

Our guest speaker, Margaret Calkins, PhD, EDAC, FGSA, President of IDEAS (Innovative Designs in Environments for an Aging Society) is the recipient of the 2022 Changemaker Award from the Center for Health Design. Dr. Calkins will share the therapeutic potential of the environment – social and organizational as well as physical – on frail and impaired older adults and how our plans will enhance the quality of life of our residents.
