Independent Living
A community to help maintain your independence while providing the assistance you need, socialization and fine dining.
A safe environment to allow caregiver respite and participant socialization and medical support when it is not yet time for a full time solution.
A place to live with no needed personal care services. Our 109-unit building is appropriate for those age 62 plus.
Individualized attention and updated techniques are used to meet those with memory loss, at whatever stage they are in. Memory support and Alzheimer’s care is provided in our Adult Day Health Program and in our Assisted Living Facility.
Short-term rehab is available when additional therapy or medication management post-hospital stay is needed, with the goal of returning to one’s home. For those needing permanent, extended care, we offer long-term care. Our long-term residence is among the top of skilled nursing facilities, not only in Massachusetts, but throughout the entire country.
Our VNA program provides in-home care for patients needing medical or therapy support, enabling them to remain in their own homes. Additionally, our end-of-life hospice care keeps individuals comfortable in a compassionate setting.

Fall/Winter 2023-2024 Issue
Make your annual gift now and provide ongoing support for our most critical needs, including funding life enriching activities (outings, musical performances, birthday parties, etc.), purchasing lifesaving equipment and bridging the gap between what is covered by government reimbursements and the actual cost of delivering care for a loved one.
Make a Tribute Gift to honor someone special who has made a difference in your life. Send a Tribute Card to express your sympathy or celebrate a milestone; commemorate loved ones with a lasting tribute by purchasing a brick or buying a leaf on our “Tree of Life”.
Give now to advance and support the highest quality care and treatment for our community’s elders, fund programs and services designed to combat loneliness and promote emotional and physical wellbeing, subsidize unreimbursed health care costs, underwrite the cost of new equipment and technology, and help maintain our aging facilities.
Make a gift and show your appreciation to a special staff member who cared for you or your loved one with excellence and compassion. Gifts of gratitude offer a meaningful opportunity to say “thank you” and to give back to those who have given so much to you.
Leave a lasting legacy and take care of your community by making a charitable gift from your estate. Planned gifts from donor advised funds, appreciated stock, IRA accounts and personal property can have sizeable tax benefits, while bequests from your will or a life insurance policy makes sure your philanthropy lives on into the future.
Our 44th Annual Frankel-Kinsler Classic Day of Tournaments will be held on June 16, 2025 at Twin Hills Country Club. Register now.
Support JGS Lifecare at seasonal holidays when it’s customary to make a charitable donation to help those in need. Participate in our community which honors our elders by providing them with activities and observances for all religions guided by Jewish values and serving all faiths.
Giving Tuesday is a day of philanthropy when people are encouraged to give to non-profits. It also kicks-off a month of year-end giving. Please make a gift to JGS Lifecare on Giving Tuesday. Elderly residents rely on your generosity to help fund the programs and services that greatly improve the quality of their lives. So please give now.
Volunteers help us provide meaningful activities and programs for our residents.
