LONGMEADOW, MA— Fazzi Associates, a national research firm specializing in serving the home health and hospice industry, has named Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care of JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow a national best practice home health agency. Based on feedback from patients through Fazzi Associates’ HHCAHPS (Home Health Care – Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) survey system, Spectrum has been recognized for having consistent and excellent patient satisfaction survey results in 2014. Spectrum placed in the top 25th percentile of Fazzi’s National Patient Satisfaction database, and earned Fazzi Associates’ Patient Satisfaction Award of Distinction.

Results are based on a comparative analysis of agencies involved in Fazzi Associates’ HHCAHPS survey system for a 12-month period. The goal of the survey is to help consumers make better decisions about their choice of a home health agency.
