Concierge- Assisted Living Facility- Ruth’s House
Part Time- Approx. 20 hours/week

The Concierge is responsible for general office assistance, such as phone reception, greeting current and prospective residents, greeting family members, assisting residents with day to day routine inquiries, assisting Ruth’s House staff and vendors as needed. This position is 40 hours a week which will include weekends.
The responsibilities that are listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of responsibilities normally performed by the Concierge:
- Greets prospective, existing residents, family members and assists them
- Answers all phone calls/take messages and/or directs to the right department
- Delivers flyers, mail, and packages to residents, assists vendors
- Assist residents with various needs
- Minimum High School Education or equivalent is required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer knowledge
Mon, Tues, Weds- 4pm-7pm
