Administrative Assistant- Hospice/Homecare

Full Time, Mon- Fri, 8am-4:30pm

  • Record management for hospice
  • Faxing and tracking doctor’s orders for hospice
  • Filing hospice documentation accurately
  • Maintaining re-certification and IDG list
  • Meeting prep
  • Act as backup scheduler and payroll coordinator for home health aides
  • Assist with reception duties as needed (answer and transfer calls, greet visitors, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned by manager


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year previous office experience including use of office equipment and etiquette
  • Previous MS Office experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong level of customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
